A New Pair of Nike Hyperdunk Supreme Basketball Shoes

It sure didn't take long. It was just a matter of time before the mad scientists over at the Nike design laboratory came up with a new, one of a kind aesthetic for one of their basketball shoes. After all, these are the same guys that created the snakeskin textured Flywire upper on the Kobe VI. The same guys that introduced the groundbreaking innovative design materials that we know today as Foamposite and Carbon Fiber. The same guys that created the most popular element used on basketball shoes today, Hyperfuse. Well, they are at it again.

It has been less than a week since images of the new Nike Hyperdunk Supreme and its new webbed TPU toe overlay have been spotted. Already this shoe is seeing a new and innovative addition to its upper. Are you ready for the "Digi-Camo" aesthetic design? I am not sure I am either, but I'll get over it. The new Hyperdunk Supreme that will be released on November 11 not only comes complete with the TPU toe overlay. It will drop in a never before seen design pattern. This shoe will use a digital design pattern in conjunction with camouflage print. I feel like I am back in the 80's playing a video game when I look at this shoe. This is one unique looking shoe. And, in the end, a shoe that really has one pretty sick design.

The upper of the shoe uses two shades of grey, one being Cool Grey, to create a new, one of a kind look. The laces and tongue are done in Grey. The midsole, heel cage, and accents on the heel collar feature Gorge Green. The Swoosh sees the Gorge Green color fade slowly into a Black color. A solid rubber White outsole finishes off the look of yet another Nike basketball shoe masterpiece. This really is an epic shoe.

This elaborate new design sits on the some of the best Nike shoe technology available. The Hyperdunk 2011 uses Nike Flywire, the lightest and most supportive material used on a basketball shoe. This technology molds naturally to the foot and allows for maximum comfort. In addition, a Phylon midsole along with a Nike Zoom unit are featured for the ultimate in impact protection. The solid herringbone rubber outsole finishes off the shoe and provides exceptional traction.

The release of this new Hyperdunk 2011 Supreme will only elevate the entire line of Nike shoes for basketball to another level. There are already epic so I am not quite sure what level that would be. Perhaps Epic Supreme?
